The shooting for Adipurush, which marks Prabhas’s Bollywood debut, and in which he would be seen as Lord Ram, was wrapped up last year. The film sees Kriti Sanon as Sita and Saif Ali Khan as Raavana. The post-production works of the film are currently going on, and the film is all set to be released for Sankranthi 2023.
With the shooting having been wrapped up a year ago, it makes everyone wonder how another addition could be done to the film. It is being said and has also been confirmed, that Sonal Chauhan would be seen in a key role in the film. The actress has confirmed the news herself and said that she’s very happy and excited to be a part of the film. However, she didn’t say which character she would be seen playing.
On the other hand, Prabhas is currently on a break and is expected to be back on sets in June. He is expected to begin shooting for Maruthi’s film first, after which he would resume shooting for Project K and Salaar. Prabhas also has to begin shooting for Spirit, to be directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, which is to be the actor’s 25th film.
