Amitabh Bachchan is back to host “Kaun Banega Crorepati’s 16th season after many people requested him to return back and he is going to host now.
For this season this star will earn Rs five crore per episode which is a record amount for any star actor.
When he first agreed to host the show in 2000 his career was struggling but the huge success of the show helped revive it.
That same year he starred in the hit movie “Mohabbatein”. He missed the second season due to health issues and Shah Rukh Khan took over as host for the third season.
Due to strong demand Amitabh returned for the fourth season and has hosted every season since. “Kaun Banega Crorepati” will continue with its 16th season soon.
