Amitabh Bachchan buys a costly Duplex

Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan is one of the richest men among the Indian film industry bigwigs. Along with Mumbai, Amitabh has some lavish bungalows and costly properties across Maharashtra.

Now, the latest news is that this 78-year old actor has purchased a costly duplex apartment in one of the happening regions in Mumbai. As per the Bollywood reports, the apartment is spread across 5184 square feet and is located on the 27th and 28th floor of the gated community complex and is designed with six-car parking slots. Reportedly, Amitabh Bachchan has spent a bomb of Rs 31 crore on the property and even already paid a stamp duty fee of Rs 62 lakh for the lavish duplex which is currently under the construction.

On the work front, Amitabh has a couple of interesting projects like May Day under the direction of Ajay Devgn and a few untitled films in the pipeline.
