Ameesha Patel recounted the occasion when Hrithik Roshan told her about his dud films in one of her successful Gadar 2 interviews.
Ameesha Patel became well-known because of her role in Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai, in which she costarred with Hrithik Roshan. Their big-screen début was in the Rakesh Roshan-directed movie. Soon after, Ameesha made a name for herself when she returned with Gadar, another financially successful movie starring Sunny Deol. Years later, she returned to the role of Sakina in the second installment, to widespread acclaim.

Ameesh Patel spoke candidly about the time Hrithik Roshan acknowledged that she had given him flops while she was enjoying the triumph of two straight smash films in a recent interview. “He and I used to discuss this on set,” she said to Siddharth Kannan.
