Amala Paul is known for choosing different and challenging roles. One of her most talked about films was the Tamil movie Aadai, released as Aame in Telugu, where she appeared in nude scenes.
However, the actress now says she may not make the same choice again.
Speaking at the India Today South Conclave 2026 in Kochi, Amala said she always looks for unique characters and does not want to repeat her earlier work.
She explained that she is always interested in exploring new roles and scripts.
Looking back at Aadai, Amala said she would not take up a similar role today. “If you ask me to do an Aadai right now, I don’t think I would do it,” she said.
