The shooting for star actor-director duo Allu Arjun and Sukumar’s much-awaited film, Pushpa-2 kick-started is underway at Vizag for the past few weeks. Meanwhile, the latest news is that Pushpa-2’s Vizag schedule wrapped up yesterday.
Confirming the same, Allu Arjun in his Instagram story shared his picture from the beach and wrote: “Thank You Vizag AA”. Reportedly, director Sukumar canned a few key scenes involving Allu Arjun and the hero introduction song on a grand scale in the close to 10-day schedule. Apart from shooting for the film, Allu Arjun also had a fans meet with Uttarandhra fans during the shoot breaks. A few pictures of Allu Arjun with fans also came out and went viral.
It is already reported that Pushpa-2 went on the floors in December and wrapped up the first schedule at a specially erected set at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. Director Sukumar is keen on shaping the second installment even bigger than the first part. Reports also suggest that Pushpa-2 aka Pushpa- The Rule will have a pan-India theatrical release sometime in 2024.
Co-starring Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead, Pushpa-2 also stars Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil in a prominent role. Sukumar Writings in association with Mythri Movie Makers banner is bankrolling this highly-anticipated movie. Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer.
