Allu Arjun is currently busy promoting “Pushpa 2“. After the huge success of Pushpa The Rise, the team has worked hard to make sure the second part meets high expectations.
One of the most important is Arjun’s look as a female which surprised the entire film industry. He recently shared the challenges of creating that look.
Icon Star Allu Arjun appeared as a guest on the Unstoppable show where he spoke about his experience working on “Pushpa 2”.
Talking about the female look, he admitted it was very tough. “Wearing the lady get-up was really difficult. The makeup alone took 2.5 hours and it was the most challenging experience. It caused a lot of physical and mental strain, even leading to back pain. We had to pause the shoot because of it. It was very stressful,” he explained.
The lady getup is for the Gangamma Thalli Jathara sequence, which is reported to be the most expensive scene in recent times.
This sequence is very important to the story, and fans are eagerly waiting to see Allu Arjun’s performance in this new look. “Pushpa 2” directed by Sukumar, will release on December 5th.
