The majority of popular Tamil actors are keen to collaborate with outstanding director Vetrimaaran. He just created the film Viduthalai, which stars Soori as the main character.
The movie is doing well at the box office. But did you know that this excellent director’s collaboration with Tollywood’s leading man Allu Arjun was missed?
The Telugu version of Viduthalai was shown to the media today in Hyderabad. Following the screening, Vetrimaaran spoke with the media and disclosed that he had seen Allu Arjun in Chennai following his Aadukalam.
Allu Arjun wanted to work in Kollywood, and Vetrimaaran said as much while asking the former if there was a tale.
I told Allu Arjun about my important position in Vada Chennai, stated Vetrimaaran. The director did add that it somehow didn’t come to pass. The story depicted in the movie differed from the one Vetrimaaran told Icon Star, he said, adding that he later rewrote Vada Chennai.
