Earlier this year, an official announcement came out that hero Allari Naresh’s ongoing film, Ugram under the direction of Vijay Kanakamedala of Naandhi fame will be out on April 14th. As the film marks the second time collaboration of the actor-director duo, the expectations are decent among moviegoers.
Meanwhile, the latest we hear is that the film’s release date is postponed. Reportedly, Ugram’s release is postponed to May 5th. An official announcement regarding the same will be out soon, say reports.
Being bankrolled by Screen Screens banner owned by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi, Ugram has its music composed by Sri Charan Pakala. Abburi Ravi is the dialogue writer. Brahma Kadali is the art director. While Chota K Prasad is roped in for editing work, Siddharth J is the cinematographer for Ugram.
Apart from Ugram, Naresh is in talks for a key role in Akkineni Nagarjuna’s next. Reports indicate that the film is set in the 80s time period. Noted writer Bezawada Prasanna Kumar is turning as the director with the film. Already news came out that the project is going to be made with a whopping Rs 50 crore budget. Srinivasaa Chitturi will be bankrolling the movie under his Srinivasaa Silver Screen banner.
