All Eyes On Sivakarthikeyan’s Seyon

Actor Sivakarthikeyan is set to work with director Sivakumar Murugesan for a new Tamil film titled Seyon.

Reports say Bhagyashree Borse is likely to play the female lead though the makers have not confirmed it. There are also few rumours that some actors from Thaai Kizhavi may appear in the film.

The teaser shows SK arriving at a police station during a village festival where people treat him like a powerful figure.

A police officer even calls him Lord Virumaandi referencing Virumaandi starring Kamal Haasan.

Director Sivakumar Murugesan said the story respects different belief systems and worship of gods like Virumaandi and Murugan. The rural entertainer is expected to release in theatres in October.
