Alia Bhatt is one of the most beautiful and most talented actresses in the Indian film industry right now. She impresses the audiences with her performance, no matter what role she is given. She truly stunned everyone with her turn as the titular character in her upcoming film, Gangubai Kathiawadi, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
Alia took to Instagram today and shared a picture of herself with SLB, and posted a long note, detailing her experience shooting for Gangubai Kathiawadi, post the completion of the film. She said that it’s been a learning experience while being directed by SLB and that the shooting of Gangubai Kathiawadi deserves a movie of its own, given the various troubles it faced throughout its entire production. Gangubai Kathiawadi has been in production since December 2019 and was affected due to both the waves of coronavirus.
Now that Gangubai Kathiawadi is wrapped up, Alia’s total focus is said to shift towards Rajamouli’s RRR, where Alia plays the role of Sita, opposite Ram Charan’s Alluri Sitaramaraju. A few weeks earlier, writer and Rajamouli’s father, Vijayendra Prasad said that Alia’s character is going to be the real highlight of the film. It is now to be interesting to see what Alia has to offer to the audiences in RRR.
