Alia Bhatt, who will soon be seen in YRF’s spy action drama Alpha, recently spoke out on Instagram against people invading her privacy.
In a two-page note, she expressed anger over videos being circulated online that showed her Mumbai house, which is still under construction.
Calling it ‘a clear invasion of privacy and a major security risk,’ Alia urged people not to share such clips and asked for them to be removed immediately.
The property, worth nearly Rs. 250 crore, has strong sentimental value as it once belonged to Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor.
Currently under renovation, the house will soon feature a nameplate for Alia and Ranbir’s daughter, Raha. Reports say the couple is planning to celebrate Diwali there this year, with more details expected soon.
The comments under the new Alia Bhatt post are foul. All she did was asking for privacy, but people seem triggered by it?! It’s crazy pic.twitter.com/HwtPJ3cT1j
