The 30-year-old actress acknowledged that she had “puffy skin” when she wakes up, so she uses an ice bath to treat the condition. She also thinks that the regimen has additional advantages.
I typically wake up really puffy, Alia Bhatt stated in a video for Vogue. Ice provides a number of advantages in addition to reducing puffiness.
