According to recent media reports, Alia Bhatt has bought her sister Shaheen Bhatt two flats and a new home in Bandra for 38 crores.

According to a recent source, Alia has spent a significant portion of her net worth buying residences in Mumbai as she continues to enjoy both her personal and professional lives.
Actress Alia Bhatt reportedly made multiple real estate investments last month and is now the proud owner of a brand-new, opulent flat in Bandra. The actress’ production company, Eternal Sunshine Production, reportedly bought a luxury flat in Pali Hill in Mumbai’s Bandra neighborhood. The actress spent more than Rs 37.80 crore to purchase the 2,500 square-foot carpeted house, which cost Rs 1.51 lakh per square foot. A news outlet claims that Alia Bhatt’s new residence is in Pali Hill’s Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited. According to reports, the actress registered the selling agreement on April 10, 2023, and paid Rs 2.26 crore in stamp duty.
In addition to this opulent location in Pali, Alia reportedly gave Shaheen Bhatt two additional apartments. These apartments, which are reported to be worth Rs 7.68 crore, are situated in Juhu’s Gigi Apartment.
On the professional front, Alia Bhatt most recently appeared with their husband Ranbir Kapoor in the fantasy action-adventure movie Brahmastra, directed by Ayan Mukerji.
