After being married in October 2022, this will be the first time Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha have collaborated once more.
There is a significant demand for season 2 due to the rising popularity of the audio series and the success of the audio thriller Virus 2062, whose lead characters were voiced by Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal. The performers have stated that listeners have contacted them directly on social media to help develop Virus 2062’s second season. And the duo is getting ready to return to the studio to record a new season of their wildly successful audio series. This will be the first time the couple has collaborated since their October 2022 wedding.
Ali says, “It is nice when fans, viewers, or even listeners reach out to you directly to tell you what they like and even remember your work. For example, Virus 2062. That audio series was so loved by people that Richa and I still get requests to come out during season 2. Now there is a growing popularity of podcasts, but this series came out in 2021 and it was a huge experiment for us even then to be part of something like this. It all pays off when you see a reaction like this.”
In Vishal Bharadwaj’s next spy thriller Khufiya, which also stars Tabu, Ali, Wamiqa Gabbi, Ashish Vidyarthi, Haque Badhon, and Alexx O’Nell, Ali Fazal will be seen. The movie will soon be available on Netflix.
Kandahar, which also stars Gerard Butler, will feature Ali Fazal. On May 26, the movie is scheduled to be released globally.
