Alaya F Shares The Real Story Behind Her Fitness Battle

Alaya F known as a true fitness icon among Gen-Z who recently completed the 75-Hard challenge for the 2nd time and shared her journey online.

Just a day before finishing it she revealed that she has been diagnosed with SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth).

In her video, Alaya said that although people usually see her toned stomach she was actually dealing with severe bloating throughout most of the challenge.

For almost three months, doctors couldn’t figure out her illness and it turned out to be a serious case of SIBO. It caused constant bloating, tiredness, inflammation, slow muscle recovery, low strength and brain fog.

She has been on antibiotics for more than 50 days. Alaya shared that this 75-Hard was different and she couldn’t push herself like last time and focused only on doing the minimum.

She learned that true discipline comes from consistency. Despite her tough times she continues to inspire her fans with her dedication.
