Akshay Kumar’s Film On The Jallianwala Bagh Massacre Sets Release Date

Akshay Kumar is hoping to bounce back, his next project has been officially announced, backed by Dharma Productions.

Directed by Karan Singh Tyagi, the movie is inspired by the life of C. Sankaran Nair a well known lawyer and former President of the Indian National Congress he fought to uncover the truth about the Jallianwala Bagh massacre.

The film is based on the book “The Case That Shook the Empire”. The story, set against real events, focuses on themes of justice and truth.

The movie is set to release on March 14th. It is co produced by Cape of Good Films and Leo Media Collective. There are high hopes for this film as Akshay looks to bounce back at the box office.
