Akshay Kumar, Twinkle Khanna Sell Luxury Mumbai Flat For This Massive Price

Actor Akshay Kumar and his wife Twinkle Khanna, have sold their opulent flat in Mumbai’s Oberoi 360 West project for a massive ₹80 crore. As per the documents accessed by IndexTap, the sea-facing apartment, located on the 39th floor of a luxury residential tower in Worli, covers an area of 6830 sq ft (RERA carpet).

The flat includes four parking slots and documents registered on January 31 showed that a stamp duty of ₹4.80 crore has been paid. According to IndexTap, the apartment’s per-square-foot price is ₹1.17 lakh.

The high-end residential project comprises two towers featuring 4 BHK and 5 BHK units as well as duplex apartments and penthouses.

Several other Bollywood celebs own sea-facing luxury apartments in Oberoi Realty’s 360 West project, including Subhash Ghai, Shahid Kapoor, and Abhishek Bachchan. Last year. in May, Shahid Kapoor and his wife Meera,purchased a 5,395 sq ft apartment for around Rs 60 crore in the Oberoi 360 West project.
