Finally an Indian citizen, Akshay Kumar. The actor announced the exciting news a while back on Twitter, and fans are ecstatic.

The start of Independence Day 2023 has been exciting for all Akshay Kumar fans. The star informed his followers of the good news this morning via social media. The celebrity, who was frequently made fun of for his Canadian citizenship, has now acquired Indian citizenship. You did really hear correctly! The actor disclosed in February of this year that he had applied for a passport change and that his citizenship would soon change.

The actor is presently receiving praise for his most recent film, OMG 2, which also stars Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam.
