Akshay Kumar Defends Paresh Rawal Amid Hera Pheri 3 Controversy

At the trailer launch event of Housefull 5 in Mumbai, several stars like Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandez and Sonam Bajwa were present along with others.

During the press interaction Akshay Kumar was asked about the ongoing Hera Pheri 3 controversy. As reported earlier, Paresh Rawal exited the project and later, Akshay Kumar allegedly took legal action against him.

A journalist commented that some fans thought Paresh was ‘foolish’ to leave the film.

Responding firmly, Akshay defended his co-star, saying, “I don’t appreciate that word being used. I’ve worked with Paresh ji for 32 years. He’s a talented actor and a good friend”.

Akshay refused to share further details, stating, “This is a serious issue and is being dealt with legally, so I won’t talk about it here”. The Housefull 5 trailer also generated buzz with its fun-filled and star-studded ensemble cast.
