Akshay charges More Than Rajinikanth for Robot 2.0

The Robot franchise is getting ready for a super sleek second film from the series and as we all know Akshay Kumar is all set to play the meanest antagonist in this film! But did you know that he is getting paid way more than superstar Rajinikanth himself? A website recently revealed, “Akshay Kumar has charged more than Rajnikanth to be part of 2.0. It’s unbelievable but true.” The shooting of the film is in progress and will release by April next year, the same month as Babubali’s second instalment is set to hit the theaters.

Akshay Kumar is known to charge a bomb for his Bollywood films as well, but he would have thought that he would get paid more than Rajinikanth? For his first film down south, he is asked for a huge sum and he got it as well. The source quoted also reveals that the producers had also approached Hrithik Roshan and Salman Khan as well but they were taking a lot of time and when Akshay was approached, he agreed immediately.
