Akhil’s First Full Village Role In Lenin

Akhil Akkineni is celebrating his birthday today and the team of Lenin released a special poster to mark the occasion.

In the poster Akhil is seen in a rugged village look holding a flag in one hand and soil in the other.

He wears simple clothes and slippers showing a strong connection to rural life. This is the first time Akhil is playing a full rural role set in the Chittoor region of AP.

The poster also confirms the film’s release date as June 26th after it was shifted from May 1th.

Despite many rumours about other films releasing on the same day, the makers seem confident. The film is directed by Murali Kishor Abburu and produced by Nagarjuna and Naga Vamsi with music by Thaman.
