Akhil Akkineni is completely busy in his engagement plans and his Daddy dearest, Nagarjuna, has been looking after all the arrangements. He recently met Telangana CM, Kalvakuntla Chandrashekhar Rao and invited him for the engagement. The engagement will take place with Shriya Bhupal on 9th December at GMR hall.Simultaneously, planning for the relaunch of Akhil after the debacle of his first film, Akhil has been going on in full swing. Nagarjuna himself announced that the second film as the lead for Akhil, will be his launch actually, how he desired it to be. Accordingly, Nagarjuna brought Manam fame Vikram Kumar on board who was supposed to work with Allu Arjun on his home production.
As the science fiction themed story with Allu Arjun needed time to kick start, Allu Aravind accepted Nag ‘s request and gave a go ahead to Vikram Kumar. Vikram took time off from his work to get married and then returned back to work in October. It is said that he had completed the script and a narration was given to both Nagarjuna and Akhil. Nagarjuna is happy with the work done on the changes he suggested and he wants to carry on with the film production soon after the engagement.
The story is said to be a simple love story which suits Akhil and his age perfectly. Akhil is also said to be excited about the prospects and wants to get back in front of the camera soon. The film official launch could take place in December after the engagement and the movie’s regular shooting will start from January. The producers are in no hurry to release the film and Nagarjuna wants to make sure that nothing goes wrong this time around. Until he and the entire team, including Vikram Kumar are not satisfied with the output, the movie won’t release it seems. Nagarjuna is also looking into the progress of his elder son, Naga Chaitanya’s film with Kalyan Krishna and that movie is slated for a festival release, sometime next year.
