Akhil Akkineni is badly in need of a hit. His first three movies have failed to attract the audiences and now he pinned all his hopes on his fourth film Most Eligible Bachelor. The movie has completed the majority part of the shooting before lockdown. Now the makers are planning to resume the shoot from October and complete the remaining portion at the earliest. Most Eligible Bachelor is being targeted for Sankranthi release.
Akhil after Most Eligible Bachelor will be teaming up with Surender Reddy. The project is being made on a whopping budget of 40 Crores. Akhil has come forward to help the producers in this tough situation. He has decided not to take any remuneration or any advance for the film. Instead, he will be sharing the profits with the producer. This will be helpful for the producers. 14 Reels Plus is the production house behind the project. It might be launched by early next year.
