Akhil Akkineni talked to a popular media house recently and during the interaction, he dismissed OTT premiere for his Most Eligible Bachelor film. He told the media house that the team wants to go for “Jan 21” release. With that did he mean 21st of January or January month of 2021, we don’t know. But his fans took it as his unofficial announcement of the date of his film. Some of them got upset that the film will release after the Sankranthi festival.
Well, the team has to look out for Pawan Kalyan’s Vakeel Saab and any other film that could release during the time. Producers from TFI have unofficially agreed for a deal that for next six to seven months they won’t release their films in cluster as each film needs theatrical run to make their money back. Hence, if one film announces a date of release, no other film will release at least for another week. Going by this, the team has 21st January date in their mind for Most Eligible Bachelor release. Pooja Hegde finished her song for the film and went to Mumbai.
Akhil is shooting for the film and they will finish his portions by October first weekend. Later, the actor will go for heavy muscled look for his film with Surender Reddy. Bhaskar is directing Most Eligible Bachelor for Geetha Arts 2 production house.
