The first look title teaser of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s upcoming film, Akhanda was unveiled by the makers on April 13th on the occasion of auspicious Ugadi festival day. Opened to positive feedback from Nandamuri fans, Akhanda teaser was trending at No 1 place on YouTube for the first three days by witnessing a record number of views.
Meanwhile, the latest news is that within five days, the teaser has clocked more than 25 million views on a single YouTube channel and set a record among senior hero films. The point to note is that the film’s teaser was unveiled without any pre-hype or social media buzz but still managed to clock the above figures which is an outstanding feat.
Being directed by Boyapati Seenu, Akhanda is the third outing from the star actor-director duo after Simha and Legend. Pragya Jaiswal and Poorna are the female leads in the film. Miryala Ravinder Reddy is the producer for this action entertainer that is slated to hit the screens on May 28th. Thaman is the film’s music composer.
