Ajith’s Thegimpu Box Office Report

Tamil star Ajith’s Thunivu under the direction of H Vinoth had a simultaneous release in Telugu as Thegimpu on January 11th. Opened to disappointing reviews here is Telugu, the film is struggling at the box office. In five days, Thegimpu collected Rs 2.17 crore share. Below is area-wise break-up data.

As per the reports, the pre-release business for Thegimpu is done for Rs 2.95 crore and the film has to collect Rs 3.2 crore share to achieve break-even status. As the film has collected Rs 2.17 crore share in five days, it looks like a tough target for the film further.
