Ajay Devgn Says Kuku Kohli Changed His Life Forever

Ajay Devgn has mourned the death of filmmaker Kuku Kohli who passed away at the age of 77 after a heart attack.

Kohli was the director who launched Devgn’s Bollywood career with Phool Aur Kaante in 1991. The film became a big success and established Ajay Devgn as a promising young actor.

Remembering the filmmaker, Ajay Devgn said Kohli’s faith in him changed his life and career forever. He expressed huge gratitude and said the director would be deeply missed.

Kohli went on to direct several popular Hindi films. He began his amazing career under Raj Kapoor and also worked as a second unit director on Betaab.

Kohli is survived by his wife, veteran actress Aruna Irani and two daughters.
