After BB2, RRR is the only Indian film to achieve this feat

Five years after the historic Baahubali 2, ace director SS Rajamouli is back with yet another grand scale project,RRR. Amid huge buzz, the film has hit the screens yesterday across the globe.

While the film’s Telugu version started with packed houses from early morning benifit shows itself, the film gained momentum in other Indian markets such as North belt, Tamil and Malayalam from matinees soon after the positive word of mouth is out.

As per the trade reports, RRR minted a whopping of Rs 200 crore worldwide gross on its opening day. Reportedly, the film is the only Indian film to collect more than Rs 200 crore gross after the 2017 released, Baahubali 2.
