Major, a biopic on 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks hero Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan was supposed to hit the screens in July but the Covid second wave disturbed the release plans. Starring Adivi Sesh in the titular role, the film’s shooting was stalled during its last leg in March.

Starring Sobhita Dhulipala in the key role, Major has Saiee Manjrekar as the female lead. This Sashi Kiran Tikka’s directorial pan-India film is bankrolled by Sony Pictures India, Mahesh Babu’s GMB Entertainments banner, and AplusS Movies.
