Adivi Sesh On Blending Nostalgia With Action

Adivi Sesh recently shared an interesting update about the teaser of his upcoming film Dacoit. He said that the idea of using a remix of the popular song “Kannepettaro” as the background score was suggested by producer Supriya.

The original song was featured in Nagarjuna’s blockbuster Hello Brother and it has now been reused in a fresh way for the teaser.

Sesh said the remix immediately lifted the visuals and added more impact to the teaser. It also helped create a strong connection with audiences who remember and love the original song.

Many have already responded positively praising the teaser for mixing nostalgic elements with a modern action feel.

The combination of old and new has clearly worked in the film’s favour. Dacoit is scheduled to hit theatres on March 19th 2026.
