Director Aditya Dhar has been thanking his team for their hard work on the Dhurandhar franchise.
Recently he showed special appreciation for music composer Shashwat Sachdev calling him one of the main reasons behind the film’s powerful music. Dhar said Shashwat is like a younger brother to him, showing their close bond.
He also shared an interesting detail. For Part 1 Shashwat completed 9 songs in just 9 days and finished the background score in 6 days.
For the sequel he made 14 songs in 11 days and completed the background score in just 3 days.
Dhar said his home turned into a music studio for two weeks, with many artists coming in. Even though Shashwat was unwell, he worked with full dedication, leaving Dhar deeply thankful.
Here’s to Shashwat Sachdev.
Some collaborations go beyond work, they become deeply personal.⁰Sha has been that for me.
Not just the music composer of Dhurandhar but someone I see as a younger brother, someone I’ve shared chaos, silence, ideas and some of the most intense… pic.twitter.com/EJ8O0LH2cY— Aditya Dhar (@AdityaDharFilms) April 7, 2026
