It is well-known that Prabhas is all set for his Bollywood debut with a mythological drama titled, Adipurush. While Prabhas is playing the role of Lord Rama, Svelte Bollywood beauty Kriti Sanon has been roped in to play goddess, Sita.
The film’s shooting kick-started a few months ago in Mumbai but due to the sudden spike in Covid-19 cases, the shot was halted temporarily. Meanwhile, the latest news coming in from Bollywood sources is that the film has wrapped up thirty percent of its shooting and is expected to resume after the Covid break in Hyderabad.
This high budget Om Raut directorial also stars Bollywood stars Saif Ali Khan and Sunny Singh in Lankesh and Laxman roles respectively. T-Series banner is bankrolling Adipurush and is slated to hit the screens on August 11, 2022.
