Adipurush holds decently On Monday

Prabhas’s Adipurush was released in theaters on the 16th of June. Opened on a super strong note at the box office, the film has maintained a decent hold on its first Monday as well.

The film collected Rs 5.43 crores share on its first Monday in the Telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The AP collections are Rs 2.69 crore and the Nizam collections are Rs 2.74 collections. The film has a good hold on Nizam. At the global box office, the film has collected Ra 375 crores in 4 days.

There’s a drop in collections but that is expected, given the working day box office trends. The film is likely to hold well over the second weekend and post good numbers in the second weekend also. Adipurush the highly-anticipated biggie starring Prabhas and Kriti Sanon as the lead pair is scheduled for June 16th release. The film is a mythological drama based on the epic Ramayana and is carrying high expectations among the audience.
