Acharya: Compensation issue yet to settle

For the past few weeks, compensation to the Acharya buyers is one of the hot topics in the film circles. Acharya starring Megastar Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan in the lead roles went on to become a huge disaster at the box office. News also came out that buyers who invested huge money on the film are demanding only money compensation from the makers.

Reports also came out that the film director Koratala Siva, who is also involved in the film’s business came forward to return back Rs 25 crore to the buyers. Even news came out that Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan came forward to return Rs 10 crore individually to the buyers.

But the latest update is that nothing is finalized regarding compensation to Acharya buyers. Reportedly, the film producer Niranjan Reddy who is out of station will be having a meeting with the buyers and then decide on the compensation.
