Aamir Khan Opens Up About Therapy And Strengthening Bond With Daughter Ira

Aamir Khan one of Indian cinema’s most successful actors has had a career spanning four decades but has done fewer films compared to his co-stars. Aamir faced many flops recently, which deeply affected him.

In a recent interview, he shared that he started mental health therapy along with his daughter Ira. He said the sessions have been very helpful for self-improvement.

“Therapy has been incredibly helpful, and it was Ira who encouraged me to try it. I recommend therapy to anyone who feels they need it”.

“Ira and I also started joint sessions with a therapist to work on our relationship and resolve long standing issues,” Aamir said.

Currently, Aamir is in discussions with South Indian filmmakers and plans to announce his next film in 2025.
