Aamir Khan opens up about the clash between LSC and KGF2

The makers of KGF Chapter 2 a couple of months ago have announced that the film will hit the screens on April 14, 2022. Directed by Prashant Neel, the film is a sequel to the 2018 blockbuster, KGF Chapter 1. Kannada star Yash is playing the lead role in this much-awaited pan-India movie.

On the other hand, a couple of days back, Aamir Khan officially announced that his film, Lal Singh Chaddha will be out on April 14th itself. With Lal Singh Chaddha aiming for an April 14th release, it is evident that the Indian box office is going to witness a clash of titans. Meanwhile, responding to the clash with KGF2, Aamir Khan in a recent web interaction opened up regarding the same and said that due to the delay in the graphic work, his team is left with no option but to postpone the film’s release to April and as April 14th falls Baisakhi(Sikh festival), they have decided to release Lal Singh Chaddha on the Sikh festival day and informed the same to the makers of KGF Chapter 2 and convinced them.

Aamir also went on to say that he is very much confident that both films will do good at the box office. He also revealed that he will be promoting KGF Chapter 2 also along with Lal Singh Chaddha and conveyed best wishes to both the teams.
