Aamir Khan attended a special screening of “Laapata Ladies” at the Supreme Court. The film directed by his ex-wife Kiran Rao and produced by Aamir Khan Productions was shown to several top judges.
During the event this Bollywood actor talked about his career, saying he realized during the COVID-19 pandemic that he was nearing the end of his acting career.
He mentioned having about 15 years left to work and plans to give back to the industry.
He said he wants to produce at least one film a year to contribute to the industry and introduce new directors and writers through his production company.
“Laapata Ladies” is his first step in this direction, and he expressed a strong interest in producing more films rather than acting in them.
