Aamir Khan has confirmed that he will star in a high-budget superhero film directed by Tamil cinema’s top director, Lokesh Kanagaraj.
Speaking at a press event for his upcoming movie Sitare Zameen Par in Mumbai he revealed that the superhero film will begin shooting in mid-2025. He added that more details will be officially shared by the producers soon.
Aamir also confirmed his cameo appearance in Coolie, Rajinikanth’s next film which is also being directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.
Lokesh is known for delivering major hits like Kaithi, Master, and Vikram, making him one of the most in-demand directors today.
Meanwhile Aamir’s Sitare Zameen Par is ready for a global release on June 20. He has also announced a biopic on Dadasaheb Phalke, to be directed by Rajkumar Hirani. Apart from these, Aamir is working on several projects, including Mahabharata and PK 2.
