There have been reports that Aamir Khan gained weight for his Dadasaheb Phalke biopic. However, the real reason is not a film role. Aamir revealed that his weight gain is due to medication for a health issue.
He said, “The weight gain is not for a role. I have been suffering from migraines and need steroid treatment for it”.
“The steroids help with the headaches but also make me gain weight. I’ve already started diet and workouts to get back in shape for my next film”.
When asked if he’s cured, Aamir explained that doctors still haven’t found the exact cause. “The steroids relieve the headaches, but I can’t take them forever”.
“I have another appointment soon. The doctors are good, but it’s complicated. They are still figuring out what’s wrong”.
