It is well-known that Shruti Haasan is the leading lady in pan-India star Prabhas’ upcoming film, Salaar. Being directed by Prashant Neel, what was known until now was that Shruti Haasan would be seen playing a journalist in the film. On the eve of Shruti Haasan’s birthday, a few months back the makers of Salaar have released Shruti’s first look and character name from the film.
Shruti Haasan plays Aadya in the film, and she is seen sitting in what seems to be a coal mine, thinking deeply about something. The actress looks beautiful and perfect in her role. Meanwhile, the latest news is that Shruti Haasan wrapped up her part shooting for the film. Confirming the same, this evening the makers released a picture in which Shruti Haasan is seen with the film’s director Prashanth Neel and the photographer Bhuvan Gowda.
As per the reports, Salaar has completed more than eighty percent of its shooting already. Co-starring Jagapathi Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran in the antagonist roles, Salaar is scheduled for a grand release on September 28th in Hindi and all South versions. All the principal technicians who earlier worked on the KGF series are working as Salaar as well.
