Saikumar’s son Aadi has been trying to become one of the star heroes of Telugu Cinema right from his debut film, Prema Kavali days. He is a good actor but on the level of his father yet. Many thought he would be concentrating on mixing things up like his father trying to do great roles along with heroic stories. But he seems to be going the other route.
Until Chuttalabbayi he seemed to be in two minds whether to accept a film that was working for others or to accept one that works on him. These days he seems to have taken a strong step to not repeat some of the mistakes he did and follow the example set by Nani.
Nani was able to reach to the position he enjoys today with continuous better films one after other and improving himself over the period of time doing better and different roles. Before Chuttalabbayi he was almost forgotten from the industry but he did make a decent comeback off sorts. Now he needs to consolidate and prove his acting skills as well like Nikhil and Nani.
Owing to this he waited long for the right script it seems. Writer Bhavani Prasad, Chuttalabbayi fame, is writing the script for the film and director Kanmani known for films like Chinnodu, Naa Oopiri, is making the movie. Usha Kiran Movies is producing the movie after some time. With Kanmani known for extracting good performances from his leads, Aadi might just turn a new page in his career.
