The big-budget film AA22 (#AA22xA6), starring Allu Arjun and directed by Atlee, has faced an unexpected delay. The team cancelled their Dubai shooting schedule due to rising war tensions in the region.
The film has been in production for over a year and a major portion has already been completed on large sets in Mumbai.
It is a high scale sci-fi entertainer with Allu Arjun playing dual roles.
The team had planned to shoot an important action sequence in Dubai this April but the ongoing Iran conflict forced them to drop the plan.
Now the team is considering waiting for the situation to improve or shifting to another location. An official title announcement is expected on April 8th.
