A release date for the Malli Pelli teaser featuring Naresh and Pavitra

Senior character actor Naresh recently sparked a major uproar when he uploaded a video of him and his fiancée Pavitra Lokesh exchanging vows in a religious ceremony.

Fans and well-wishers applauded the pair, while the couple’s industry peers expressed their amazement. Naresh and Pavitra didn’t disclose their engagement, which kept the wedding a secret.

The upcoming movie Malli Pelli, starring Naresh and Pavitra Lokesh, will now debut its trailer on April 13th. The film was directed by veteran producer-director MS Raju, with Naresh providing the financial backing through his Vijaya Krishna Movies label.

Naresh’s 50th year as an actor makes the movie especially important for him. The movie is scheduled to be released over the forthcoming summer.

As a bilingual Telugu-Kannada film, Malli Pelli is shot. The film, which also stars Vanitha Vijayakumar, Ananya Nagalla, and Madhoo, has veteran actresses Jayasudha and Sarathbabu in pivotal parts. The songs were written by Suresh Bobbili, and Arul Dev created the background music.
