A lot riding on Pushpa: The Rule

Pushpa: The Rule, directed by Sukumar, with Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles, managed to achieve a major feat, by becoming a pan-Indian success, despite not being promoted much, especially in the Hindi market.

Due to its massive success, there are a lot of expectations on Pushpa: The Rule, which is scheduled to release next year. The initial plan was to release the second part in December this year, but the makers of the film decided to push the release date and make sure that everything is done perfectly this time around, unlike with the first part, where the post-production works were done poorly.

Apart from being able to live up to the expectations set by the first part of the film, Pushpa: The Rule also has the responsibility of living up to the benchmark set by RRR and KGF 2, which are the two most successful pan-Indian films released in recent times. Sukumar is currently in the USA, working on the script. The shooting of the film is expected to begin in June.
