Few actors can remain at the top for decades but Chiranjeevi has achieved exactly that. As the Megastar turns 71, his journey stands as one of the most inspiring stories in Indian cinema for sure.

Born in Mogalturu and he entered Telugu films without any film background and rose to the top with his talent and hard work.

Khaidi became a much major turning point in his career followed by classics like Gharana Mogudu, Indra and Tagore. He also changed the way heroes performed dance and action on screen inspiring generations of actors.

Even after a long political break Chiru returned with Khaidi No. 150 and delivered a blockbuster proving his popularity remained much strong.

Beyond cinema, his blood and eye banks have helped thousands of people. His legacy continues through his family, including Ram Charan. At 71, Chiranjeevi remains a true Telugu cinema icon.
