Janatha Garage is NTR’s most-awaited film ever, no doubt. But with the release inching closer, the anticipation is just getting higher. Here are a few reasons you can’t miss this flick:
1. The double hat-trick
For both NTR and Koratala Siva, the movie is very important to mark a hat-trick hit. Hits and flops are very common in the industry but three in a row is a rare task to achieve. While NTR has regained his mojo with Temper and Nannaku Prematho, this film will be important to give him the lucky three in a row. Director Koratala Siva sees himself in a similar situation. But his is more interesting. His debut film was a superhit, his second film was also blockbuster and if he manages something similar with this film, there’ll be no looking back!
2. The Mohanlal factor
For the first time ever, vteran Malayali actor Mohanlal will be seen in a full-fledged role in a Telugu film. Scenes starring him and NTR in one frame are said to be a revelation. So much so, Koratala Siva mentioned in an interview that he literally “had an orgasm” watching them perform together and that saying ‘Action’ to them was an exhilarating experience.
3. 26th time lucky?
It’s not often that this happens but for both the lead actors of the film – Samantha and NTR – this is the 26th film of their career. How cool is that? Moreover, their combination may have been seen twice before by us, but it is nevertheless fresh each time!
4.The magical lensman Tirru
This is D.O.P Tirru’s first ever Telugu film after dabbling across several other film indsutries in India. He has worked with some of the biggest names like Hrithik Roshan, Suriya and director Priyadarshan among several others. He has recently said that the botanist in him attracted him to this film. That’s an interesting revelation, eh?
5. Ms Kajal Aggarwal
She’s managed to draw hordes of youngsters into the cinema halls with her enchanting smile alone in a career spanning nearly a decade. Having worked with the biggest of actors in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi film indsutries, this film marks Kajal’s debut. Yes, you heard that right! She’s never before done an item number and we hear the ‘Pakka Local’ song in this film is a sizzler in the true sense. What’s more, the song has even become a chartbuster now. Don’t you want a taste of this fun?
