Superstar Mahesh Babu, known for consistent yearly releases, didn’t grace the screens in 2023. Despite initiating “Guntur Karam” with Trivikram Srinivas, the film encountered multiple pauses and is presently in the shooting phase, set for release around Sankranti. Allu Arjun, acclaimed for “Pushpa,” which made waves in Tollywood and Bollywood, and earned a National Film Award, was absent this year. However, fans eagerly await his return with the much-anticipated “Pushpa 2,” aiming for greater success.
Seniors like Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna had film releases, whereas Nagarjuna and Venkatesh chose to stay away. Nagarjuna, navigating setbacks, is strategically planning his next move with ‘Naa Saami Ranga.’
Meanwhile, Venkatesh, despite success and a role in the Hindi film “Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan,” didn’t have a release this year. He’s exploring a different genre, preparing for “Saindhava.” Despite breaks or project delays, Tollywood enthusiasts can eagerly anticipate a cinematic extravaganza next year as these stars gear up for their long-awaited releases.
