2021 marks another comeback, what more is in store?

With the number of comebacks for actors that took place this year, 2021 has already been dubbed as the year of comebacks. The actors who have been able to make a comeback with a success this year, after several flops in the last few years include Ravi Teja, Naresh, Pawan Kalyan, Gopichand and several others, and now, even Balakrishna has joined this list.

Balakrishna hasn’t been able to taste success in the last few years, with his films NTR: Kathanayakudu, NTR: Mahanayakudu and Ruler turning out to be huge duds. With Akhanda, which was released a couple of days ago, turning out to be a blockbuster, the biggest hit of his career even, Balayya has finally been able to taste success. Akhanda has also managed to give good success to director Boyapati Srinu, who faced the biggest disaster of his career with Vinaya Vidheya Rama.

With Nani’s Shyam Singha Roy and Allu Arjun’s Pushpa ready to release in the coming weeks, audiences are wondering what more is in store in 2021, before the year ends. While Bunny’s last film, Ala Vaikuntapuramlo, is the biggest hit of his career so far, Nani hasn’t been able to taste success with his last two films – V and Tuck Jagdish. As a result, audiences are hoping that the actor will finally be successful this year, with Shyam Singha Roy.
