After the blockbuster “Janatha Garage“, Jr NTR and director Koratala Siva teamed up again for the movie “Devara“. Produced by Sudhakar Mikkilineni under the banner of Yuva Sudha Arts and presented by NTR Arts, the film generated a lot of buzz with its songs, trailer, and promotional material.
“Devara” was released on September 27th and Although the movie received mixed reviews due to high expectations after “RRR“, it still opened with strong box office numbers and also it was continuing.

The movie “Devara” had a theatrical business of Rs. 174.4 crores and needs to earn Rs. 175 crores to break even. By the end of its first weekend, the film earned Rs. 151.83 crores. It still needs to make Rs. 23.17 crores to break even. With Gandhi Jayanti coming up, there is a good chance the film will break even by the end of the second weekend.
